Rates and Terms

Macheads Diagnosis (minimum charge): $100. Diagnosis fee is a minimum fee, charged whether or not work continues after diagnosis is reached. The diagnosis fee is applied to your first hour if you choose to proceed with service.

Following diagnosis, we'll recommend possible solutions and provide an estimate for total repair cost (labor and parts). Rate: $100/hour

Standard repair turnaround is 3-5 business days, subject to change depending on current workload conditions, parts availability, and repair complexity. Macheads does offer expedited repair for additional fees:
